The hotel was in a spectacular location very close to restaurants and a lovely shopping area as well as shops. The stuff was extremely helpful and professional throughout the day. I had neat and beautiful room to myself with balconies and nice cinema touches around the public areas and views of the mountain.

The restaurant here had great service and served delicious dishes, plus the location was fantastic and close to everything we wanted to visit.

Enjoyed a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. The breakfast spread had an excellent variety and was scrumptious. The rooftop location overlooking the beautiful sea and close proximity to the city centre made it a prime location. The rooms were spacious and comfortable which included free WiFi.

The hotel was a little more expensive than expected. The elevator tends to be a bit slow at times.

The hotel facilities were amazing, particularly the roof restaurant with its amazing view. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, making our stay more fun. We also appreciated the fast check-in and check-out process.

Had an amazing Christmas break at a beautiful hotel overlooking the sea. Loved the clean and comfortable rooms, strong WiFi, and friendly staff who were always ready to help. the breakfast was delicious with a great selection of food and the kids' corner in the restaurant was a bonus. the location was perfect, with easy access to the main street and stunning views of the sea.

Some of the rooms advertised with balconies had only floor-to-ceiling windows which were quite disappointing. the noise from the main road outside could also be disturbing for some guests.

This hotel offers great value for money, as the rooms with a sea view are available at a bargain price. The location near the seaside and the cable car is excellent for exploring the area and enjoying the beautiful views of the Black Sea. Additionally, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay.
